1/16 RCMP Female Officer with Dog ICM “World’s Guards” #16008 Factory Seal MISB

Description: I have to clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. THIS IS MY LAST ONE! ICM is a company from Kyiv in Ukraine that has been around since the mid-90’s. It used to be tough to get these in the states but now several big players carry their line. It is good to see that they are still producing new kits, too. This kit is part of their new “World’s Guards” figure series and represents a female Officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in full dress uniform with her partner Husky. There is also an optional oval-shaped display stand included. I found dozens of listings for this kit on eBay (almost all from distant overseas sellers), but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship this to you quickly. Here is some of the info I found about this model from around the web: The ICM site has a colorful page for this kit with 10 photos showing the box art, four sprue shots and four views of a professionally finished and painted figure. They even provide a link to download the complete, full-color, 2-page instruction set and painting guide. Scalemates.com shows that this is a new tooling from 2018. Shar2 posted a quick In-Box Review on the britmodeller.com forum site. He gives you a great look at the sprues in some large photos. He explains the assembly of the figure and dog, providing opinions as he goes. He emphasizes the importance of careful painting of the fine details and said: “The painting will require a great deal patience to get right, particularly the shading, and the dog even more so. This is really nicely made though and although quite small, (you will need an optivisor to paint the finer details), and it will look really nice in the display cabinet.” There is a short In-Box Review and a 4.5-minute Unboxing Video on the bilingual (English / Russian) detailscaleview.com site. He shows the sprue for the figure in a couple of high-resolution photos, as well as the parts for the display stand. He was happy to see two figures included in this set and offered a suggestion: “The only thing I would like to see here - insignia decals and maybe even eyes decals, which would make figurines even more realistic.” Sprue Surgeon Models published a long (22-minute) Unboxing Video on YouTube. It was a “Live Review” which means it is a little rough in spots and could stand a little editing, in my opinion. At around the 8-minute mark, the box is opened to show the parts. Fighting through the autofocus issues, you get a good look at the finely molded parts. This kit is in a sturdy box wrapped in a colorful box about 11.5” x 9” x 1.5”. As you can see from the pictures, the package is pristine and still sealed with tape strips, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains one complete injection molded plastic model kit with 30 grey (and maybe black) plastic parts to build a colorful RCMP Officer figure and her trusty Husky along with an oval stand that will liven up your display case.
