Description: 14 Charbens US ARMY WW2 SOLDIERS W AMERICAN FLAG STANDARD BEARER ALL MARCHING A rare find, especially in this condition. ALL METAL FIGURES, NO PLASTIC! These Charbens are similar to BRITAINS as they are also hollow cast metal. Some will find these a nice change up from the usual Britains figures as a unique change of pace They are all nicely painted and the paint is in really good shape, especially for their age I can not find any others like them on eBay. 54MM or 2 1/4" tall Hollow cast metal figures Made in England, UK, Great Britain Interestingly, they all have on blue pants, (not green or khaki) which I think were actually blue jeans early on in ww2. This was done as blue jeans were both plentiful, and very strong and the war effort had not yet geared up to make other, more commonly accepted uniforms. A bit of trivia there. Very old in any case.
