Description: Antique Original Victorian 1860s Boned Black Silk Bodice Museum Ballgown Lace This is one of my few pieces that I would consider museum quality it is in insanely good condition and for a collector would make a wonderful display piece or for a dress maker, this would make a one of a kind pattern piece, it is one of the most detailed bodices I have ever seen turned inside out I mean Just look at the photos of this inside out, the stitching detail is amazing and while the lace is unfortunately tattered in several places, the bodice itself has no holes and is missing no hooks or loops However These Victorian and Edwardian items that I sell are more than 150 years old and are being offered as pieces for display, or study.
