The 14" Long celery tray in the vaseline green color is really rare. This one is perfect condition, absolutely no chips or damage of any kind. Glows under blacklight. Hobbs & Brockunier was in business from 1845 to 1888 and produced many different shapes, designs and sizes. Only the 14" length is the authentic celery tray. The boat shape is pointed at the front and rounded at the back. A ridge runs from the top of the front to the bottom and forms two double lines along the bottom for a ridged flat bottom. The rounded back has seven horizontal lines The top rim is scalloped. This is an absolutely beautiful and well cared for piece of server ware.
