Description: This book was printed in 1898 and is in acceptable condition. See pictures. The front and back cover have color fading, flaking, spotting, and edge bumping. The spine has some fading also and bumping at the top and bottom. The binding is completely intact but has seperated at seam at the table of contents page. The inside of the front cover and back cover are still well attached at the seam. There is a very old personalization stamp on the inside of the front cover. The pages of the book are foxed overall. Has some very old pencil notes, drawings, and writing on various pages from when this was used as a school book. Has a loose picture of the Whittier home that will come with the book. Minimal tears and minimal corner creasing. Will ship well protected in a box. Thanks.
