Little is known about the author, Florence Lawford. She wrote many other novels, including The Blue Pochette, Leaves before the Wind and Merryheart. CONDITION In a cloth binding in the original dustwrapper. Externally smart. The binding is tight and firm. There is only slight wear to the extremities, with just slight bumping. The dustwrapper has rubbing, with small closed tears and chips, with discolouration. There is a price label to the spine panel.
