Description: This listing is for a pre-owned two-sided 1943 color print. These scenes of the American military in the Aleutian Islands were painted by artist "Lt. William F Draper." On on one side is the "Army Gunners Guard a Navy Transport at Adak." On the back side of this print is "Navy PBY and Army P-38's and P-40's Sweep the Sky." The print is out of a 1943 issue of "National Geographic" magazine. This is an original, authentic print and not a reprint or reproduction. It measures approximately 6 1/2" by 9 1/2". It is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear and handling. No rips, tears, creases or markings. Please check the scans above for a close-up view. Scans are of actual item listed.
