Description: This is a 1943 Elgin WW2 issued 7 Jewel ORD (OC-234530) mechanical (hand wind) watch. It has a 580 movement, serial number Y406537. The watch has been serviced and provided with a new acrylic crystal and a new-old-stock military canvas band. It currently runs about 2 minutes fast per day. However, this a vintage watch and there are no guarantees on future performance. I will pack the watch securely, but I have no control over how the shipping company handles the package.
