Description: 1961 Original Chaplin CUBA Silkscreen Art Poster Size: 20 x 30 inches (51 x 76 cm) This is a handmade Cuban silk-screen poster that was designed in 1962 to salute Cinémateca de Cuba, the film archive and library that was established in Havana in the early days of the 1959 Cuban revolution. This poster was designed by Rafael Morante, one of the early stars of post-revolution Cuban graphics. Born in Madrid in 1931, Morante moved with his family to Cuba in 1940. He died in Havana on June 26, 2022, at the age of 91. This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction.
