Description: A very rare 1962 Topps Venezuelan baseball card. The card has a Spanish back. This beautiful example has been graded by SGC, the card has fantastic colors and looks awesome. The card is the highest graded example graded by SGC, 1/1. This card on the PSA and SGC population reports has been graded 43 times when I listed the card, only 1 card has been graded higher by PSA. The 1962 Topps Venezuela set has 198 cards, the last 2 cards in the set where replaced with 2 local hero's Chacon and Aparicio. The Topps Venezuela cards on the PSA population report are graded at only a fraction of what the common United States Topps cards are. The Venezuela cards were issued on a cruder cardboard and have virtually no gloss. Please see clear and large photo of the card, it is a high grade beauty. Topps issued cards in Venezuela because it was a hot bed for baseball talent and they only issued the cards in 1959,60,62,64,66,67 and 68 and most collectors did not know they were ever issued, they are very RARE.
