As condition is unknown for each column, the cost listed is for the labor only. If you have a list of the parts you want replaced I can create a listing specifically for you. My experience primarily is C3 tilt telescopic columns, but I have done C2 and even early GM tilt telescopic columns in Buick, Oldsmobile, and Cadillac.
