Description: 1979 "CORGI 267 BATMAN AND ROBIN IN THE BLACK TIRE 12 SPOKE WHIZZWHEELS BATMOBILE CAR" 1979 Corgi Toys "Corgi 267 Batman and Robin in the 12 spoke black tire whizz wheels Batmobile Vehicle Set" - beautiful tri-lingual window display box with the classic die-cast black batmobile car with the glossy paint finish; it has the extra wide chrome 12 spoke BLACK TIRE WHIZZ WHEELS ( original car had red bat-hubs), rear towhook (to attach the car to the trailer for the batboat) and turbine exhaust ( this version does NOT pulsate); black/blue/yellow window display box has nice color image of the batmobile car on the backside of box; ORIGINAL ITEM; there are ABSOLUTELY NO RESTORATIONS ON THIS ORIGINAL CORGI VEHICLE SET : the die-cast car still has a shiny paint job; NOT a flawless paint job as there are tiny specks (not smooth) on the car, due to Corgi's hand-spraying the paint on these die-cast cars; there are NO dents, marks, scratches, windshield chips/cracks or missing parts; plastic antenna intact but is curled; the classic vehicle from the 1966 TV series "Batman" with Adam West & Burt Ward; the die-cast car is about 5.5" x 2" x 1"; die-cast car with the glossy black paint finish (not flawless, as it is not a smooth paint job but no Corgi model is ever perfect); NO dents, marks, scratches, windshield cracks or missing parts; plastic antenna is curled and intact; no wear on wide whizz wheel tires; bat-stickers on car flawless; have NOT tested rocket launcher - 4 yellow missiles are un-used/still on the sprue ( missing 8 missiles, as original sprue had 12 missiles); have NOT tested front chain cutter, given 44+ year old age of the internal springs; C9 box is in great condition with some corner edgewear, 1/2 inch left flap edge tear and some edge creases; top and bottom side corners have small creases; bottom side of box has scratch; all box flaps are intact with no marks or holes; original box has all inner and outer flaps & built-in yellow display platform; right side box flap still has Toys R us $6.97 price sticker ; box display platform intact inside box; plastic window display has some wrinkles, but no holes or cracks; item was in smoke-free storage for the past 35+ years;backside of tri-lingual box indicates 1976 date, but inner flap has actual car production date of "24/79" or June 1979; made in Great Britain/UK; item will be sent via insured/registered mail with delivery confirmation.
