A 1986 Garbage Pail Kids Giant Stickers Draft Proof of the Truancy License from the reverse of 14a/b Potty Scotty/Jason Basin Original Series 1/OS1 character. A relic of the pre-digital era, you can see the various elements which have been stuck together to create the art we grew up loving. Comes in a top loader with a Potty Scotty giant sticker and with Topps Vault COA. Very rare find and a one of a kind proof.
