I did not steam as I was not sure if there are chemicals used for storing and did not want to remove them by steaming it. Slight drop waist in "v" with long train in inserts of lace and beads.The Flat measurements are: Bust 15.5" x 2 = 31. Waist: 12" x 2 = 24" The off the shoulder short sleeve length is 9" There is a zipper under the buttons on the back with a big bow and a button for bustling the train in the back. I am retiring from my costume/wedding/clothing tailor business, and because of this I will be selling my thousands and thousands of patterns.
