Description: Before I get into the description of this vintage hair spray can ; I MUST address something that stupid ebay sellers have been doing and it may be hurting their sales! I sell a good deal of VINTAGE products from all time eras. So do many other eBay sellers .They seem to think that any and all old products are going to sell to "TV and MOVIE production companies" to use in a film or TV show. So they use "PROP" in the title . Now , let's say you are working as a production assistant on a movie and you need a vintage 1990s can of hair spray for an important scene. You would not put the word "PROP" in your search because you want the original item to USE as a PROP . The word "PROP" may also indicate "a fake item manufactured & used for a specific purpose in a play , film or display". Does this make sense ? Yes. Now , Part 2: The sellers ALWAYS leave out the YEAR of the item and only say "Vintage". OK, but , WHAT VINTAGE ? 1945 OR 1965 ? The person searching for a 1969 can of hair spray OR a box of cereal is going to have to scroll thru a LOT of stuff to find the exact date of the item that they need . They also might GIVE UP and have the Prop Department MAKE one from scratch. (Well. if they have a prop department) . LASTLY ' ALL PRODUCTS must go thru "standards & practices". This means , a legal team must run it by the company and make sure it's OK to use in the movie OR TV show. I.E. We have a scene in a slasher movie where a woman gets killed in a bathtub and we need a vintage box of the old Mister Bubble on her bathroom shelf . So the company has to get on the phone with a Mister Bubble rep and explain to them all this . And there may be problems "Sorry guy, the Mister Bubble company does not wish to be associated with your bloody slasher movie". The End ! So there is yet another HURDLE you "prop" has to jump over. Get it ? And now back to our Hair Spray! This is a FULL UNUSED CAN OF L.A. LOOKS hair spray dated 1995 ! 10 oz. We did not spray OR test it ! Not 100% sure if it will WORK or HOLD or whatever. Selling this as a "collectible item" (or a PROP !!!! LOL) . Feels totally full when shaken !! Shipping is $6.50
