Description: Circa 1940's, these two pages from Dick and Jane style reading primers were found shrink wrapped for protection, as shown in the photos. Interestingly, both of the illustrated pages are numbered "45" so they were removed from two different volumes. As we all remember, the illustrations are precious and the text is written in simplistic sentences. An additional 'fun fact' after reading them: Both of the items the kids can't find (SALLY--CAR // DICK--BALL) are RED! Hilarious! The pages themselves measure 5 3/4" x 8" and by gently removing them and adding your own preferred frames, would make an enduring addition to a retro inspired nursery!!
