Available in Chrome, Gold, and Painted Black. Your Choice from the Menu. Cool New Reproduction Fenders with Flared Trailing Edge. AKA Duck Tail Fenders. The front Fender is approximately 25" nose to tail, has 4 holes for 2 Fender braces. The Front Fender is NOT Drilled to attach to the fork, You can use our Drill less Bracket or You will have to drill the front fender to attach it to a Vintage Schwinn Fork or for a Bracket to attach to a Springer Fork. The Rear Fender is approximately 38" nose to tail with 4 holes for 2 braces and 2 holes to attach to Vintage Stingray and New Lowrider Frame. The Fenders are approximately 3.5" Wide and brace holes are approxmatly1.5" (c2c) center to center wide. I find these fenders useful to cut down to make Custom Shorty Duck Tail Fenders for Vintage Stingrays when the Original is not available or too expensive. Remember with any custom application Measure Twice and Cut or Drill Once as there are no returns after modified. 20" Fender Braces: ( Basic ) for 20" Wheels and Tires. Available in Chrome, Gold, and Painted Black. Brace has 2 holes to attach to the fender and 2 holes to attach to the axle. Braces are for 3.5" wide fenders in this auction and the brace holes are a long slot for more adjustment. Brace holes are approximately from 1.5" to 1 3/4" (c2c) center to center wide for mounting. Braces should fit most new and some vintage fender applications. 20" Custom Fender Braces: ( Pimp ) for 20" Wheels and Tires. Available in Chrome or Gold in styles: Flat Twist, Double Twist, Cage Twist, Wing. Cool Pimp Braces that are thick and ridged. Brace has 2 holes to attach to the fender and 2 holes to attach to the axle. Braces are for 3.5" wide fenders in this auction and the brace holes are a slot for more adjustment. If your using vintage fenders or braces that were previously riveted, you may possibly need to clear holes with drill bit before installing hardware Cone Nuts & Screws: Another cool way to attach braces to fenders but Requires drilling of fenders and braces to work. 8x Cone Nuts and Screws or 8x Round Cone Nuts and Screws. Cone Nuts come with M6 Phillips Screws, M6 screw heads can vary in shape. Please Note Requires Brace and Fender Re drilling. Brackets and Hardware. Useful Mounting Solutions to attach your Fenders to the Fork or Frame. 90° Bracket is a Sturdy Bracket for attaching the Fenders to the Fork or Frame. The 90° bracket will require you to drill holes and mount it to your fender, but we find this to be the Best of the Brackets. In most cases works well with Hand Brakes too. Comes with M4 Mounting Screws, note M4 screw heads can vary in shape, With or Without M6 Bolt and Nut to Mount bracket to a Springer Fork. M6 Bolt has multiple nut variations with Cap Nut, Spike, Cone Nut, or Round Cone Nut. The Flat Bracket is for Use with Bent Springer Forks that require Fender Stand off. The Flat Bracket is solid but you should be able to Bend it for Custom Mounting options and requires fender drilling. The Flat Bracket also comes with the Hardware and Option same as the 90° above. Drill Less Fender Bracket this bracket helps you attach the fender without drilling the fender, Does require you to shape it and crimp it. It is best to mark it and shape it away from the Fender allowing for a tighter fit with less rattling. ( there is an Instructional Picture ), If you do it right its pretty snug.
