The two business strike coins are direct from US mint sets (still in original mint cut out packaging) and are also very nice. The 2013 proof sets have been increasing in price as compared to previous years. The mint has been increasing the price of the proof sets over the years and thereby with fewer people buying proof sets the proofs have in recent years been appreciating in price (in some years, like 2012, 2016, 2018 and 2020, there has been significant price appreciation over the mint issue price).
