We are not a professional grading company, though we do have 30 years experience selling cards. We try our best to always include descriptions of any major defects that may not be easy to see in photos but there is a reason that graded 9.5 and 10 cards sell for much more than raw cards. It is up to the buyer to view photos and ask any questions BEFORE bidding. We do not accept returns on cards based on your opinion of the grade. Our auctions do not have a "Buy It Now" option, as with any auction we hope to get as much as possible. We do have a "best offer" feature it you want to avoid a bidding war and submit a fair offer over the starting bid, we will consider ending the auction early, that feature goes away once the card has a bid though.
