We will freshly pick the leaves after your order is received, then ship within a day. We don't pick them until we have the orders. Note that the leaves are about between 1.5" and 2.5" long. Please see our other listings for longer Bay Leaves (2" - 3.5" long) if you are looking for longer ones. The leaves can be used fresh or dried. Freshly dried leaves have a warm aroma which is infused into cooking. Leaves should be removed from food before serving. Fast Shipment.
