A little oil on the zipper and moving it up and down a few time gently would help a lot. No returns because you broke a zipper! This does not have the action figure. I never got them with the action figure. I dont think anyone has them with the action figure. Also, the company I got them from not longer has them for sale, sorry, the days of cheap stuff from the UK is over. These are now impossible to find. I can no longer discount them, sorry!
