Acrylic begins to soften between 210-220°F and startsto melt between 300-315°F. Acrylic sheet can withstand temperatures down to -20°F without noticeable changes in properties.There is a linear tolerance of +/- 1/8" on all material we cut and sell.The standard industry thickness tolerance is a few hundredths of an inch.Fluorescent colors have two color tones to them.
