Description: Wonderful floral 60’s A. Brandt Co’s Ranch Oak sofa. This sofa is solid and built to last. Light wear to the fabric throughout but with no holes or rips in the fabric. The fabric shows light discoloration and some spots throughout. Most notably some wear to the base under the cushions. Cute as is or a wonderful project to be reupholstered. Longggg sofa at 88” long x 31” deep x 25 1/4” to arm x 17” to the seat. Since this is local pick up you can inspect it in person. Pick up in Paw Paw, MI at our store front. Will work with your shipper. Not responsible after item is approved and loading begins. Sorry we do not suggest shipping companies. If something arrives in different condition than it left here- we are not at fault. Responsibility is on your shipper to get it to you in the same condition it was picked up in.
