I’m not an Alerton dealer but was able to test by setting up BACnet Ethernet and connecting a KMC BACnet controller to either MS/TP port and the device was detected and I found all BACnet objects. It looks like BACnet IP is not enabled- that is typical of Alerton BACnet routers. The TUX adapter was also detected in the BACnet Ethernet scan. I noticed that this device uses an ungrounded 24 VAC power source. Make sure the 24 VAC source to this is not shared with other devices.
