Description: This stunning piece of artwork is bound to instill the patriotic spirit in all who view it. Flag and frame are assembled from individually cut and shaped wooden parts. The 13-Star union is black walnut. Stripes are redwood and pine. The "2nd Amendment" wavy parchment is carved from cherry and laser engraved. The flag and parchment are distressed and flame charred. Frame is distressed pine and stained black. Flag and frame are finished front and back with 3 coats of satin polyurethane. I make each of these beautiful flags by hand from locally sourced wood. No two flags will ever be the same due to the wood's naturally occurring grain pattern and color variation, as well as the distressing process (similar and as beautiful, but not the same!).
