Description: For your consideration is this Antique 18" Tall Wooden Barrel Hand Crank Tabletop Butter Churn, very good condition. This churn is in very good condition with far less damage than one would expect for something of it's age, size and intended usage.It does appear to have been varnished and likely stained a darker color, but not recentlyThe included parts are all original and in apparent working order. The barrel is all wood with iron straps riveted around each end.The lid is wooden and has signs of wear but is very solid and usable The iron crank handle is easy to remove and reattach to remove the interior agitation paddle wheel.The interior paddle wheel has signs of wear and still has two of the four aeration blocks (round holes in wood) intact and attached. One additional block will be included, but is loose and the 4th block is missing. Assembled the item seems to works as designed. This is a very well made and solid piece, weighing in at a stout 15 pounds and 4 ounces (without butter)It is a good sized item as well standing about 18" tall and being 18" wide (including the crank handle). The front to back width is about 15" Due to the size and weight of this item, I strongly recommend a local pickup and will help facilitate this within reason, but will ship it if you really feel froggy. If shipped, the handle may be removed to aid in the process, but it assembles easily and intuitively.
