Description: Very good preowned condition, some tangling of the fringe is evident. has an "old" odor. Shows some signs of wear such as wearing thin in areas, possibly small holes, but none very evident. Size is approximately 54" x 54". The colors are hard to capture, but are still vibrant. The black center is not deep dark black, but an unusual dark turquoise black color (faded?). There is handwritten documentation noting the previous owner's name and dates of birth/death, dating this shawl to the early to end of the 1800's (1814-1896) Please feel free to ask questions or ask for additional pictures.
