Description: This is for a wonderful signed Daniel Cragin Wilton, NH antique primitive wooden circular grain measure. It is taller than typically seen which adds to its eye appeal especially at its nailed seam. Does have two opposing steel handles along with original banding at top, bottom side wall along with underside base. Has an impressed makers stamp on bottom inside. "Daniel Cragin Manufacturer & Sealer Wilton, NH". Although, some of the stamping is illegible. It measures approximately 13 3/4 inches diameter by just under 9 inches height. Other than having very light honest use & wear marks it is in remarkable condition for its age. Nailed seam has no lifting & in perfect, clean condition. This is one of the nicest examples that we have listed. Does have tight drying split off of nailed seam. Please see all pictures for more details. Has a fabulous primitive look!!!
