Likely dating from c. 1910-20, it's produced by Wendell Greenwood Lodge Supplies in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It features an advertisement for these trowels as "A unique souvenir for banquets or candidates." A great little example of an early advertising/ memorabilia souvenir.
