Description: For your consideration;A Victorian rosewood fusee drop dial wall clock, with mother of pearl & white metal inlay, marked to dial "Jackson, Rotherham". The movement has been fully stripped and cleaned, all the bushings were replaced and mainspring was inspected and in very good order. Oiled with high grade fully synthetic clock oil. The door at the bottom of the case has a catch instead of original lock, this works fine. There is a split at front of the case, though structurally still sturdy. Area's of veneer have been repaired and small sections missing around edge but hard to notice.This runs well and keeps great time, all well photographed so please inspect.This will be very carefully packaged for a safe journey to the winning bidder.Height 70cm, width 43cm, depth 14cm, dial diameter 29cm.
