Austrian made, C.1860's.A baroque-rococo style ornate stand with green man face and a goose (possibly a family crest)with studs for holding 7 pens. It has a foldable stand in its back to stand on the desk.Measures: 18 x 14 cmIn excellent antique condition. Very nice patina. Item buffed with Renaissance wax which has beenused by museums (including the British Museum)across the world to protect artifacts.
