Audio Technica AT-LP120XUSB Turntable - Black

Description: Used but "Like-New" Audio Technica AT-LP120XUSB Turntable for playing and/or recording Vinyl records. I know there is a lot of text here but reading it will answer at least most questions you might have. Feel free to ask any question not answered by this listing description! This has been in the box for most of the time I've had it (about a year and a half). I have put about 14 hours of use on the stylus and while it was set up it was kept under a fabric dust cover (in addition to the included acrylic dust cover) when not in use. I really bought it to digitize some old 78s but I never got around to getting the special stylus made specifically for those old shellac records. The included AT-VMN95E stylus is supposed to last 3,000 hours so it's not even broken in good yet with only about 14 hours of use on it. I only played new vinyl on it not old stuff. A couple months after I got this turntable I moved and it has been packed away in a closet ever since (not in an attic or a basement but an air conditioned space). Everything will be packaged like it comes from the store in the original box and styrofoam with the manual, power supply, head shell and cartridge, counterweight, hinges, etc. If it makes any difference this comes from a smoke free home also. There is nothing broken or worn and everything works perfectly. Some people have asked me questions like this about items before. Usually they don't read the listing description. If something were wrong I'd point it out in big bold letters. I ship quickly and I strive to be honest in my descriptions and to package items such that they will not be damaged in shipping. If you have any reservations about buying items I have for sale then I urge you to move on to the next seller but if you read the feedback from my buyers that should reassure you that I am a good and honest eBay seller. Does not include speakers. I know this turntable can be bought here on eBay for less than I'm asking but how do you know how well they've been cared for and how much wear is on the stylus? How do you know you won't be taking a chance on the way it will be shipped? I'm am offering a good deal here on this turntable in like-new condition (especially if you're closer to the east coast) shipped well-protected in the original foam and box so you know it will endure the ravages of the shipping process. Shipped with UPS Ground or FedEx (calculated based on your location). If you live close enough to the east coast where I am then I highly recommend UPS over FedEx. FedEx has a bad habit of setting the delivery status to "Out for delivery" and leaving it like that for several days before the package is actually delivered. You'll eventually get the item but you'll be frustrated if you're not very patient with them. UPS doesn't usually have this problem. This particular item will be shipped in the box shown above which shows what's inside. If you live in an area where porch thieves are bad then I advise against buying this item if you know you won't be home to receive the package. When I bought it from B&H last year it came the same way and there was no issue but I lived in a very rural area and I was home.
