There is even gold detail right on the spine hubs which has only been done with a few sets from this maker.Condition: Leather is bright with only light sign of any shelf wear. Light marr to gilt page ends. There is a feint outline on an entry title page where I cleanly and carefully removed a former book plate. No tackiness remains and no scuffing or tearing. Just the slight halo seen in photos 5. It is just below the title and my military challenge coin is placed lower and to the left of the halo to help my camera focus and give context. Had I not mentioned it, you may have never noticed it.
