Description: Vintage Shafford Co. Birthday Girl. This figurine has a matte brown dress with yellow flower trim. She is holding a birthday cake with one candle. Cake, ribbon on dress and collar have glossy finish. Light crazing overall. Small pin head fleck on bottom of dress towards the back, and pin head size missing paint on bow in hair. Both are negligible but full disclosure. I have not tried to clean her.
