The power hardness for the I/O board must be transfer from your old computer and it is not included.The computer was rebuilt, all bad fans and capacitors were replaced, cleaned up and bench tested for at least 24 hours. These computer are fairly clean with some scratches, I have several in stock so you might the one in the picture or a similar. This part carries a 30 days exchange only warranty, no refunds. We are not responsible after 30 days. It will be shipped in a oversize box wrapped in bubble wrap and the box filled with biodegradable foam filling.
