During a mission with Tokushima Kenjiro, Takahashi saves Kenjiro’s life by protecting him froma strong explosion and consequently the bomb fragments from that blast seriously injured his heart. He is later rescued by Black Rock Gang’s Kanagawa Iwako Institute of Technology. Being saved, he becomes an assassin to pay the debt. Now his heart must be protected by a specialized heart instrument on his chest.
