My research has come up empty to find any other examples. It kind of looks like the black metal squiggle/wavy/zig zag lamp from Alsy, or maybe could be from Robert Sonneman or Kovacs. It has been tested to make sure it works, and is set for two one-way bulbs. Please note that the sockets are for smaller than normal bulbs, and 25 watts max. One of the neat things about this lamp is that there is a ball joint 2" below the finial, so you can move the shade around to be perfectly level or move it to your preferred angle. The metal parts show minor wear and marks from age. There is one ugly spot where one socket arm connects to the center (circled in a photo). The underside is missing one rubber foot and needs one glued back. The shade is 18" wide and 3.75" tall. It's made out of thick plastic that has a gray and white marble pattern with black specks. The plastic has yellowed areas on the top and underside. The gray metal piece in the middle must have come loose at some point, and was glued back a bit off-center. The larger gray circle near the edge was also glued in some areas.
