There are no PSA 10 versions of this card so this is the best condition you can get and only a population of 13. The Legend of blue eyes (LOB) set was the first ever Yugioh set released in 2002, and the first time this much sought after card was seen. This is the oceanic version that was released for Australia and NZ and was only printed in a short run before region specific versions were stopped. These are far rarer than the North American versions. This makes these rare cards and, in my opinion, will only go up in value over time.
