The Tie-Down is Model RR08, which is a bolt-on, zinc-plated, 800 lb. capacity, circular surface-mount tie-down rope ring. The Backing Plate is Model BP12, which is a zinc-plated, rectangular plate approx. 6.5" x 6". Two bolts and nuts are also included. This is a light-duty, all metal tie-down rope ring made to be bolted to a flat surface, and it stands about 1/2" above the surface when ring lays flat. Brand new, in stock and ready to ship.
