Description: Early jack from unknown, to me, auto or pickup. Circa 1940's to 50's. Nice looking jack. Appears to have been repainted. I could not get it to function properly when I tested it. The spring that applies tension to the dog seems weak or out of position and it needs someone more knowledgeable than me to correct it. Works fine laying down with gravity holding the dog. About 34 inches tall. actual weight is 12 lbs. Sold for display only. they were not safe when new.
