Description: Came from a local estate. Cooler is embossed with the Burlington Route and measures approximately 27" x 16" x 11". Shows some paint loss but the cooler is in overall good condition. Retains original chains and wooden handle. This cooler would hang on the side of a car and would gravity feed water onto a hot journal box to allow the train to continue. Hard to find these anymore.
