Description: This is an original antique real photo postcard showing a native Americans probably from Oklahoma or Kansas (the location isn’t noted). The image shows a well dressed man seated and holding what looks like a folded umbrella with two women behind him. The woman over his right shoulder is older and wears a white apron and might be his mother or mother-in-law. The woman over his other shoulder is younger and presumably would be his wife. In the margin below the image and below the younger woman a former owner of this postcard wrote the name “Mary” in pencil. On the back of the postcard the name “Mary Louisa Mack” is also written in pencil. This real photo postcard was found near the Kansas and Oklahoma border area and the this card is probably from that area. The postcard shows moderate handling wear and a minor trace of staining on the tip of the upper left hand corner not affecting the image. Overall condition is very good.
