Description: Selling from my California Pottery collection. This small rectangle planter from Weil Ware, a Los Angeles pottery company producing in the 1940s (along with Franciscan, etc) has beautiful pink flower blossoms and buds with light blue accents, yellow and gold centers, and a glossy finish with crazing throughout the creamy white background. Made of ceramic, this mid-century modern planter features a textured design and stands at 2-1/2 inches tall x 8” x 4”. The vase's backstamp is printed with the Weil Ware donkey logo Made in California, incised by the artist with initials. Interior staining and glaze stand marks on bottom. See my other Weil Ware items! You will find Catalina Pottery with same planter design, Max Weil bought their molds when they went out of business. As-is. Please ask questions.
