To Install: Empty your air tank entirely. Remove the fill nipple from the tank/regulator. Remove the piston from the fill nipple (you may have to poke it out from the fill side opening with something narrow, be sure to note which direction it faces). Remove the old o-ring. Install the new o-ring. Replace the fill nipple piston (make sure it faces the same direction as it was removed). Install the fill nipple onto the tank/regulator. Fill the tank and ensure no leaks. Note: Do not lubricate the o-ring with oil during installation. Under high pressure, oil may reach its flash point and ignite/combust.
