Description: This Milwaukee Wisconsin native Chet Laabs adult size split finger glove was made for a LEFT-HANDED THROWER. It dates to either the late 1930's or early 1940's and has a double tunnel web. Sport Bilt model G55 RH. GORGEOUS original color and some silver stamping still remains. Very soft leather both inside and out. Inner liner in great condition. Adult size. Chet Laabs played in MLB from the late 1930's to the late 1940's primarily with the St. Louis Browns but originally broke in with the Detroit Tigers. This glove is great for either display or actual game use. SUPER condition and great appeal! All inquiries are very welcome.
