What I could make out is these are Men's UK size 10 width of C and the "last design code" id number is either 224 or 274. I included a photo of the dimensions of my foot for sizing. Church's shoe sizes are a little different. These shoes fit me well and I wear a 10.5-11 USA sizing. There is about an inch room at the toes which is normal for a pointed shoe design.
