Price can be dropped to $30 with no fans included. What is missing: 1. For Intel installation - everything is present except the 4 nuts which attached pump to the back plate. Picture #7 2. For AMD installation - everything is missing except AMD brackets. Picture #9 3. Accessories/RGB - everything is missing except the RGB module. Picture #8 4. Four screws which attach fan. Fans still can be attached with two screws per fan. What is broken: 1. Fan 1 has a crack which does not affect performance. Picture #5 2. Fan 2 has a crack which does not affect performance.
