Description: These handsome cufflinks have a stand out Fleur de Lis which really does appear like a tiny heraldic shield on a red enamel base. Solid bar connector that is somewhat more reliable than a twisting bar or chain linker. Made in England in the 90s to a superior production standard before manufacturing moved to the far east. This is now a lamentable rarity even for the highest level of brands, a number of which were produced in the same factory and consequently we have a few examples in the shop such as Burberry and Aquascutum. These were made by the somewhat more obscure boutique brand, Berend De Witt. Your time will not be well invested trying to track down their pedigree but we can confirm the quality is the same as any household name brand that specialise in shirtmaking.
