Figure is In very good pre-owned conditions - no accessories included but we did thrown in a random DC stand becuase it matches him well and helps him stand up a little easier, stand has a peg that is removable so you can put it in any one of the holes. Figure is in great shape, joints still feel fairly tight - nothing super loose or broken, only some minor scuffs/marks found here and there on the figure but minimal.
