Description: This piece has always been my favorite (I have many others listed). The detail is fantastic and it is in perfect condition! The wire from the pole just plugs into the side of the building along with the sign and greenery on the front. It really is a rare and beautiful building to add to your collection. All of my items come from a clean, smoke free home. Please remember that most village pieces do not have perfect paint jobs. There may be some places where the lines are off or spots that are missed.
